We operate as an independent energy broker, not an energy supplier. Our goal is to help you secure the best available energy rates. Our services include:
Reviewing your current energy usage.
Obtaining quotes and negotiating contracts with Suppliers.
Advising on different tariffs and contract terms.
Assisting with the contract sign-up process.
Providing ongoing support, where agreed. - Fees and Commission
We are transparent about how we are paid. Our remuneration comes in one of two ways:
Commission: A fee paid to us by the Supplier, which is often included in the energy rate (uplift) you are offered.
Direct Fee: A separate fee paid directly by you to us (if agreed in advance).
You have the right to request a full breakdown of any commissions we earn related to your contract at any time. - Client Responsibilities
To ensure we can help you effectively, you agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding your business and energy usage.
Notify us immediately of any changes to your circumstances (e.g., change of tenancy).
Confirm you have the authority to enter into energy contracts on behalf of your business.
Review all contract terms carefully before signing. - The Supplier Contract
It is important to understand that your energy supply contract is directly between You (the Client) and the Supplier.
Saash Business Solutions Ltd is not a party to that supply contract.
We are not responsible for the Supplier’s performance, the actual supply of energy, or any billing errors made by the Supplier. - Termination of Our Services
Before Agreement: You or We may terminate our brokerage relationship at any time before a Supplier Contract is signed.
After Agreement: Once a Contract is secured through our services, any agreed fees or commissions associated with that contract remain due. - Data Protection
